What to Include in a Takedown Notice

A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the specific material on the Service claimed to be infringing, with URLs sufficient to locate it.
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that the information in the notice is accurate.

Counter-Notice

If content you posted was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

ExhaleMediaDesigns Studio terminates the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

Independent IP Clearance

ExhaleMediaDesigns Studio maintains a dated, contemporaneous IP clearance record covering the Crystal Type™ frontend and the Crystal Halo™ engine. The record documents that no code, assets, logos, icons, fonts, or distinctive UI copy from third-party rhinestone template creators (including rtc.rhinestonemine.com) are present in the Service. Shared vocabulary is limited to unprotectable industry-standard terminology (SS stone sizes, generic pattern names such as Grid / Hex / Scatter, and the standard upload → configure → preview → export workflow).
