ExhaleMediaDesigns Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account data: email address, display name, password hash, role.
- Uploaded content: images, designs, and project files you submit.
- Usage data: login timestamps, IP address, user-agent, audit events.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service.
- To process your designs through our AI and production tools.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs.
- To communicate with you about your account.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, database, AI processing) strictly to operate the Service, or when required by law.
4. Your Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of original content you upload. We store it securely and access it only to operate the Service or investigate Terms violations (including suspected copyright infringement — see our Terms of Service).
5. Retention
We keep account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Some audit and security logs may be retained longer where required for legal or security purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, row-level access controls, and authenticated storage. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact gbarker@iglou.com to make a request.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app and the "Effective" date above will be updated.
